- if a customer makes an order we will contact and visit him
- at the meeting we view the rooms and agree on the terms
- we draft a contract including a year schedule of extra cleaning services (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care and other cleaning services)
- COMPLEX´s management provides an operating worker who is accountable for cleaning workers - he inspects their work, ensures alternative workers, operational requirements and is still in touch with the client
- continuous performance reviews of employees help to monitor the quality and to achieve stated performance goals
- we are capable of providing cleaning services either during working hours or at nights, weekends etc.

Our employees use these detergents:
- detergents STAR, ALFA but also ordinary detergents available in Makro
- ecological detergents ECOVER
- in the period of pandemic we use disinfectants SANITASE and washing emulsion PROSAVON with antibacterial ingredient
- to special operations we use German detergents TANA and KIEHL (we can prove the security documents in accordance with the regulations (EU) No. 1907/2006)
