About company

Martin Havlíček is one of two managing directors at the company. A graduate of College of Economics and Management began at the firm in 2001 and in the following interview he explains making business at COMPLEX, s.r.o.

Tell us something about company´s history and contemporary mission.

My father started a business in 1990. His philosophy always was to devote to customers an individual approach. This way we prefer up to today. Considering our philosophy we are only in Prague Metropolitan Area. Don´t misunderstand me, we are really ambitious but want to have all clients under control. We know that clients need in the first place a credible, flexible and high-quality company. This approach is not possible to apply at the large cleaning company between Prague and Brno at 100 per cent.

What is the target group of your customers?

Our target group is formed especially from clients that need to have provided quality and flexibility from credible cleaning company with competitive prices. Our clients are law companies, financial institution or prestige international firms. We almost don´t cooperate with state institution where the only criterion of choice is a price. Moreover very often there is a winner known beforehand and besides we do not submit dumping offer and do not want to corrupt anybody. We also provide cleaning services small companies and even one bout services at households.

What cleaning services do you offer?

Just about everything what a professional cleaning company can offer. Primary is a regular office cleaning, furthermore one bout pieces of work like window cleaning or carpet cleaning up to services like e.g. dokument shredding.

What is your competitive advantage?

For the first – client approach. We are sufficiently big to manage technologically and logistically demanding orders but small as well to be flexible. Moreover we are still in direkt contact with our clients.

For the second – we care for our employees. From this fact stems a low staff turnover and we are able to establish closer relationship with a customer.

For the third – we provide carpet cleaning by microfibre. But I can´t tell you more, only add: Try it!
